Short bio:

Elena is a young entrepreneur with over 4 years of startup experience. She co-founded a retail technology startup, then transitioned to CEO of her digital agency. Recently, she assumed the role of Director of Operations at Global Macedonians, showcasing her commitment to making a broader impact. 

With a background in mathematics and nearing completion of her marketing degree in Skopje, Elena possesses a unique skill set blending technology and business. She's an alumna of the esteemed Startupbootcamp Accelerator, Fintech & Defi program in '23, where she honed entrepreneurial skills and built a robust network. Elena's drive and dedication position her as a leader, inspiring others to pursue their entrepreneurial ambitions. 

Beyond business, Elena is deeply passionate about giving back. She has volunteered extensively with NGOs, focusing on mental health advocacy. Recognized as a peer-to-peer educator, she worked closely with youth, promoting mental health awareness and care. 

Later on, Elena was selected as a LEAD MK Fellow by the U.S. Embassy of North Macedonia. During the fellowship, she led a six-month project raising awareness for mental health amidst COVID-19 challenges. Through her leadership and innovative initiatives, Elena continues to make a positive impact, both in business and society.
