Amplifying the strength of civil society
We place significant emphasis on the pivotal role of civil society in fostering a robust and forward-thinking society. To this end, we enlist accomplished Macedonians from around the globe who are actively involved in the non-profit sector, contributing to esteemed international NGOs and institutions such as the United Nations, Council of Europe, European Commission, World Bank, International Monetary Fund and many others. By providing access to diverse learning programs, traineeships, and volunteering opportunities to young people and NGOs in Macedonia, we believe that these Global Macedonians can make meaningful investments in Macedonian society, thereby facilitating notable progress in all segments.

Exchange programs for young professionals, establishing collaboration between Macedonian and international NGOs, facilitating access for young people to diverse traineeships, fellowships, non-formal educational programs, training courses, seminars, study visits etc.
